.... tolerant with one another , always ready to forgive if you have a difference with anyone. Forgive as freely as the Lord has forgiven you. Kolose 3:13

Sometimes in life, it's not easy to forgive those who hurt us. Even more difficult if they've already done it not only once, but couple of times, and even worst if it's done by the people that we love the most.
Probably, what makes it difficult for us to forgive isn't about the wrong things that they do, but we're just simply disappointed by the fact that they don't care about how we feel.

It's really hard to understand 'why did they do that?' and maybe the truth is, it's not for us to understand. As a believer, we're responsible to do what He want us to do. He taught us to forgive. We're human and we make mistakes all the time, we don't want to carry pain to our future.

It's nearly impossible to say 'i forgive' and expect the pain will vanish, and nothing seems to be fair at all for us to always forgive. But hey, remember that forgiveness is an attribute for the strong. the weak-hearted can never forgive. Instead of keeping the pain of being hurt, maybe it's better for us to prove them that we're brave enough to not let those things hurt us, and that we're strong enough to let the pain go. Because forgiving, isn't for them, but for us to be free from anger and pain. We don't wanna live forever in misery of being angry, aren't we?

Steve Maraboli , the author of  'Life, the Truth and Being Free' said  The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.”

Martin Luther King Jr said “Forgiveness is not an occasional act, it is a constant attitude.”

Gordon B. Hinckley, author of best seller book 'Standing for Something: 10 Neglected Virtues That Will Heal Our Hearts and Homes said The willingness to forgive is a sign of spiritual and emotional maturity. It is one of the great virtues to which we all should aspire. Imagine a world filled with individuals willing both to apologize and to accept an apology. Is there any problem that could not be solved among people who possessed the humility and largeness of spirit and soul to do either -- or both -- when needed?”

C. Joybell C a poem writer saidAnger is like flowing water; there's nothing wrong with it as long as you let it flow. Hate is like stagnant water; anger that you denied yourself the freedom to feel, the freedom to flow; water that you gathered in one place and left to forget. Stagnant water becomes dirty, stinky, disease-ridden, poisonous, deadly; that is your hate. On flowing water travels little paper boats; paper boats of forgiveness. Allow yourself to feel anger, allow your waters to flow, along with all the paper boats of forgiveness. Be human.”

and this is my favourite by Mother Teresa, she said
“People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.
For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.”

Dare to GIVE UP.

Sometimes giving up is the best thing to do. Everybody always tells you giving up is weak. That it is the wrong thing to do, no matter what. But sometimes giving up is the best thing to do. Sometimes you need to give up something to get something better. Sometimes you have to give up something that makes you unhappy, to get happy. It takes a lot of courage to give up something  you feel you should do, or everybody else thinks you should do, but that doesn´t make you happy. It takes a lot of courage to admit that you can’t do something, that it is not within your capabilities. Giving up can be weak, but it can also be brave.
I know there are a lot of people out there who wish they could travel the world, who wish they could have that awesome job or who wish they could be an artist. The truth is that most people do not get what they want, because they are too scared to give up what they have. They are scared to quit their jobs or their school. Giving something up means that you have to start something new and that is scary. You could fail, you could fall flat on your face. You might even regret giving up. That’s life. Chance is, however, that you get what you want.  You could travel the world, get that amazing job, be an artist, or whatever it is that you want to be. But even if you fail, you get something in return for your bravery. You don´t have to ask yourself: “What would have happened if I would have had the courage? What if?”
So work hard at what you want, don’t quit if it gets hard, if you know that it is what you want. But if you feel you are in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing, working hard to get something you don’t want to have, have the courage to give up.
Dare to give up.
